This is 6th generation software for complete office management and administration of a sheriff's office. It is installed on local computers. A MySQL database is hosted on a computer configured as a server. As many client
machines as required connect to the database using stock Windows networking protocols. Desktop software is the perfect choice for sheriffs because:

Sheriff Desktop runs on Windows using .NET architecture. This makes it an extremely safe choice because
we all know that Windows will never disappear. It uses the immensely powerful MySQL Community Server
from Oracle for data storage. This places no financial burden on sheriff's regarding
licensing or royalties.

What does Sheriff Desktop cost?
We use pay only for what you use technology, which means to pay per return created. This works on a sliding scale depending on the number of returns generated over a period of one month. An average size office doing about 700 returns per month would pay around R2 per return. The more returns you create, the less the rate per return. This fee covers installation, support, online training, software updates and sending unlimited emails from the system. Any office can easily afford to use Sheriff Desktop, no matter how big or small.
Newly appointed sheriffs will get their first two months usage free of charge.

Download and install TeamViewer. Alternatively, run your already installed TeamViewer app. When you have it running phone us on 082 565 0258 and give us the ID and password we need to remotely connect to your computer. It's as easy as that. We'll install Sheriff Desktop for you at NO cost. After a period of 30 days you will decide if you want to use it. You are under NO obligation to use or pay the software. We will honor that promise at all times. In the unlikely case that you don't want it, you can simply uninstall it.
